OBJECTIVE: To develop an open source platform to monitor the execution of the public budget for infrastructure and public services in the “villas,” the poorest and most marginalized areas, surrounding Buenos Aires, thereby empowering villa residents to improve the transparency and accountability of the local government in its responsibility to service these areas.
